  1. Product Quality and Customization: All AMx Hair products are crafted to meet high standards of quality and customization. Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each hairset.
  2. Consultation fee: A consultation fee of RM 150 is charged for all in store/physical consultations and is strictly non-refundable.
  3. Non-refundable Terms: Due to the nature of AMx Hair being crafted and customized for a specific client, a custom made, used or cut hair sets are strictly non-refundable.
  4. Maintenance and Longevity: Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of each hairset. AMx Hair provides detailed care instructions; however, any damage resulting from improper maintenance is not covered under our policies.
  5. Promotional Limitations: Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Each promotion is valid for a single purchase and is subject to AMx Hair’s minimum price policies.
  6. Membership Terms: Membership discounts and benefits are non-transferable and may be subject to change. AMx Hair reserves the right to adjust membership terms and conditions to enhance customer value.
  7. Minimum Price Guarantee: While members enjoy exclusive discounts and benefits, AMx Hair reserves the right to uphold a minimum price of RM 1200 on all promotional hairsets, regardless of discounts. This ensures quality and value in every AMx purchase.
  8. Price Adjustments and Updates: Prices are subject to change without prior notice to reflect market conditions and product updates. Any price adjustments do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.
  9. Please inform our consultants of any existing medical conditions, skin concerns, or known allergies before undergoing any service. While we use industry-approved products, certain risks may still occur.
    These may include, but are not limited to:
    – Scalp irritation or itching
    – Infection
    – Allergic reactions
    – The need for future adjustments or maintenance
    By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that Celebrity and Star Hair has explained these potential risks, and you agree to accept them. You also understand and agree that Celebrity and Star Hair shall not be held liable for any reactions, complications, or outcomes arising from your service.

AMx Hair Replacement Policy

At Celebrity and Star Hair, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Whether you’ve had a change of mind, need a different fit, or simply want a fresh start, we’ve got you covered. To give you peace of mind, we offer a flexible replacement policy that allows you to exchange your hair set within the first 5 months, no questions asked.

Replacement Coverage (Standard Hairsets)

1. First 30 Days

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your hair set within the first 30 days of use, we’ll replace it free of charge, no explanations needed.

2. Months 2 to 5

  • From day 31 to month 5, replacements will be available with a processing fee that increases over time:
    • Month 2: RM 300
    • Month 3: RM 600
    • Month 4: RM 900
    • Month 5: RM 1,200 (maximum fee, equivalent to the minimum sale price of the cheapest model)
  • Once the processing fee reaches RM 1,200, no further charges will be applied for additional replacements within the 5-month period.

Note: This policy applies only to recurring maintenance customers. For self-maintenance customers, only the first 30 days of coverage applies.

Replacement Coverage (Custom Made Hairsets)

1. First 30 Days

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your hair set within the first 30 days of use, we will charge a replacement fee of RM 600.

2. Months 2 to 5

  • From day 31 to month 5, replacements will be available with a processing fee that increases over time:
    • Month 2: RM 900
    • Month 3: RM 1200
    • Month 4: RM 1500
    • Month 5: RM 1800
  • Full price is charged after this period

Note: This policy applies only to recurring maintenance customers. For self-maintenance customers, only the first 30 days of coverage applies.

Service Fee for Replacements

  • All replacement hair sets, regardless of when they are requested, will incur an additional RM 300 service fee for hair setting, cutting, and styling, as each hair set is uniquely tailored to the client.

Policy Limitations

While we are happy to honor any replacement request, the following conditions apply:

  • The original hair set must be returned before a replacement can be issued.
  • The replacement request must be made within the eligible timeframe (5 months).

Why Is There a Processing Fee?

To ensure fairness and prevent excessive or repeated replacements, a tiered processing fee applies after the first month. This structure allows us to continue offering flexible replacements while maintaining the quality and integrity of our services.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and let us know you’d like a replacement. No explanations required.
  2. Send back the original hair set, and our team will process your request.
  3. Once approved, we’ll provide your replacement according to the terms outlined above.
